Martina B. Smith, 72, of St. Clairsville, Ohio, died Thursday, November 6, 2014 at East Ohio Regional Hospital.
She was born September 18, 1942 in Belmont County/Bethesda, Ohio, daughter of the late Wayne K. Wilcox and Marjorie J. Stubbs Wilcox.
