Floyd A. Trouten Jr., 80, of Brookside, died Monday, April 27, 2015, at Wheeling Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.
He was born August 12, 1934, in Martins Ferry, a son of the late Floyd A. Sr. and Della A. (Funari) Trouten.
