Donald Duane Tipton, 87, of Flushing, OH, died Wednesday, July 15, 2015, at Park Health Center in St. Clairsville.
He was born July 11, 1928, in Holloway, OH, a son of the late John Tipton and Lulu Balentine Tipton.
