Alex F. Vargo, 90, of Rayland, Ohio, died Saturday, Dec. 19, 2015, at Trinity East Hospital, Steubenville, OH.
He was born March 12, 1925, in Florence, Ohio, the son of the late Steven and Rose Magyar Vargo.
