Ellen H. DiStefano, 79, of Shadyside, OH, died Saturday, February 27, 2016, at the Ohio Valley Medical Center in Wheeling, WV.
She was born September 13, 1936, in Wheeling, WV, a daughter of the late Kenneth and Velma Johnson Hoover.
