OWENS-LANDKROHN, Mildred, D., 99, of Shadyside, OH, died Sunday February 17, 2013, at the Shadyside Care Center.
She was born August 9, 1913, in Bellaire, OH, a daughter of the late Joseph and Louise Getrost Jeffers.
