KAFKA, John J. "The Dulcimer Man," 68, of Midway, Ohio died Thursday, February 28, 2013 at Wheeling Hospital.
He was born April 7, 1944 in St. Clairsville, a son of the late Joseph Kafka and Rose Pecenka Kafk.
