TURNER, Sandra Kay, age 77, of Woodsfield, Ohio, passed away Saturday, March 9, 2013, at the Wetzel County Hospital, New Martinsville, West Virginia.
She was born in New Martinsville, the daughter of the late Cecil and Mary Luedy Jackson.
