FREELAND, Gertrude T., 97, of Wheeling, W.Va., died Tuesday, May 28, 2013, at the East Ohio Regional Long Term Care Center.
She was born on August 4, 1915, in Wheeling, a daughter to the late Oliver and Gertrude A. (Niggemyer) Freeland.
